Teguh Bina

Teguh Bina is a concept site for a CIDB G5 contractor that builds houses on land the customer already owns, from an inherited kampung lot to a newly bought plot. It answers the first-time builder's biggest fear, an abandoned project, with seven inspected stages, a fixed price and a weekly photo report.

Six ready-made house designs come with floor plans, built-up areas and starting prices. A cost estimator turns the building type, size and finish into a price range and build time, and a progress-payment table updates with it, showing what each stage costs before a single brick is laid. Pre-rendered on Cloudflare's edge, like our other business-website concepts.
